Our training staff at Clinical Insight knows that training is one of the most crucial steps in the successful implementation of our products. With that in mind, our training is designed to give our customers the confidence they need to derive the maximum benefits from our products as quickly as possible.

All of our customers are offered the following:

Phase 1 - Workflow Assessment

Clinical Insight will come to your office and perform a workflow assessment. They will document your current workflow and determine how our product can best be used to improve the efficiency of your office. During this session you will identify who will be trained, and we'll work with you to identify how to best train your staff.

Phase 2 - Training

Someone from Clinical Insight will come to your office for two days to train your staff. All training is performed on a test database, so users can learn and explore the many features of the system.

Phase 3 - Go-Live

The first day that you go-live with the system, Clinical Insight will provide someone who will be at your site to answer questions and provide assistance.

We realize that training is an ongoing process, therefore, we offer the following to our clients:

  • Help desk support
  • Refresher training sessions
  • On-line workshops via webcasts
  • Computer-based training
